How many people are running, or involved in Pilots / Proofs of Concept / Bake-Offs at present?

We here (LiquidWare) are involved in a number of assessments and POCs and Pilots.  Funny but really haven't seen many real bake-offs, be interested to hear if others are seeing more.  As far as success criteria, seems like it's variable depending on the reasons why the org is even looking at VDI ... if they have compelling reasons for the project (for example if they currently have big problems w/ managing a remote site or they want to implement for revised security model) then criteria is usually IT-focused can we make it work without killing ourselves.  But for orgs looking at larger roll-outs and desktop replacements then the criteria switches to be more focused on end user experience and cost of implementation.

I've got 4 live POC's and 4 more lookers right now - about half of what my company has going on.  No Bake-offs other than from an endpoint perspective.
