Which is better on VDI, VMware/HP combination or SUN end to end
Am working on deploying a VDI soultion, but am stuck on the decission to use HP server, LHN, thin client with VM ware or use the end to end VDI solution. Please help me decide.

Hi Vikram - We will need a bit more information in order to help. There is a planning section here with the basic requirements outline. We will need to know information like network topology, speed, link types, switch types, desktop count, OS types, desktop hardware capacity, application listing, SAN, NAS or DAS requirements, printer types, etc. When it comes to least cost to achieve a given performance, with minimum maintainence, over 3-5 years we will need this type of information. I am sure the others will have other requirements, but that will get us started. I know of free or low cost tools to help you get this information across your LAN/WAN and the topology.
